- This prize draw is open to UK residents who can provide the first three letters of a London domestic or workplace address. The address needs to be based in a London borough. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Employees of the promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not allowed to enter.
- To enter, reply to the Tweet from @benandjerrysUK which announces the collaboration with Deliveroo and in your reply to @benandjerrysUK include the hashtag #WichBreak and the first part of your London postcode (e.g. W12 or SW12) within the tweet. Entry into the prize draw is via Twitter only.
- No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete, or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
- Opening date for receipt of entries is 2pm, Thursday 9th June 2016 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 11.59pm on Friday 17th June 2016
- Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
- Forty winners will be drawn at random by an independent judge from all entries received. Winners will be informed by direct message on Twitter by @BenandJerrysUK from Monday 20th June
- The prize consists of a visit from the Ben & Jerry’s S’Wich Up Your Break delivery service, which will be delivered by a Deliveroo driver. The service includes 8x Ben & Jerry’s S’Wich Up ice cream pints and 3x Cookie Dough ‘Wich multipacks and an afternoon break kit, all of which can be shared with friends (maximum of 11 ice cream samples in total)
- Ben & Jerry’s will attend the winners’ home or place of work between the hours of 12pm and 5pm on Thursday 30th June. A designated delivery slot will be provided to the winner during this time by Ben & Jerry’s. All entrants must make sure they are available during this time period.
- In the event of any dispute the decision of the Promoter is final.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The winners will be notified by private Twitter message providing that they are following @benandjerrysUK. If they are not following @benandjerrysUK at the time when Ben & Jerry’s attempts to contact them, then Ben & Jerry’s will not message them and a new winner will be chosen.
- The winners must claim their prize within 48 hours of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.
- The winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter. Entrants are providing information to the Promoter and not to Twitter. Entrants release Twitter for all claims and liabilities arising in respect of the Promotion.
- By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
- These Terms and Conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
